PLACING AN ORDER:

What forms of payment does THANN accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Discovery and PayPal.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. If you haven’t received any email within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service Representative at customerservice@thann.us

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

No, you cannot make any further changes once the order has been placed. 

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Please contact our Customer Service Representative at customerservice@thann.us to cancel your order. We cannot cancel your order once the order has been shipped. Please refer to our Return and Exchanges Policy if you wish to return your items.


SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:

Can I ship internationally?

We currently only ship internationally to Canada.

What are my shipping options and delivery times

For Contiguous U.S. addresses, standard shipping takes place between 5-7 business days (excluding order processing time of 2-3 business days).

For Alaska and Hawaii addresses, standard shipping takes place between 7-15 business days (excluding order processing time of 2-3 business days).

For address in Canada standard shipping takes place between 7-15 days (excluding order processing time of 2-3 business days).

Please note that shipping to any PO. Box may takes longer time.

What if my products arrive damaged?

If the product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Representative Customer Service Representative at customerservice@thann.us

How do I return something?

Please contact us if you wish to return your merchandise. We will send you any required information you will be needed. Please noted that you are subject to any return shipping fee.

What is your return policy?

You can return the product within 30 days of purchase. We only accept products purchased from thann.us. If your purchase is from other retailers, please contact your retailer for their return policy.

Can I return or exchange products purchased from a retailer on thann.us?

Unfortunately, any products purchased outside thann.us cannot be return or exchange through our site. Please contact your retailers for more information.

Most of THANN products are formulated in Thailand. If not, the information will be specified on each product page.

How often should I use each THANN product?

Please visit the specific product pages for further detail on usage.
