What forms of payment does THANN accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Discovery, and PayPal.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. If you haven’t received any email within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service Representative at customerservice@thann.us.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, you cannot make any further changes once the order has been placed. If you would like to modify your order, please contact our Customer Service Representative at customerservice@thann.us.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Representative at customerservice@thann.us. We cannot cancel your order once the order has been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy if you wish to return your items.

Does THANN ships internationally?
We currently ship to United States only. For more information on international THANN store locator, please visit our Global Directory page or www.thann.info

What are my shipping options and delivery times?

For Contiguous U.S. addresses, standard shipping takes place between 3-7 business days (excluding order processing time of 1-3 business days).

For Alaska and Hawaii addresses, standard shipping takes place between 3-7 business days (excluding order processing time of 1-3 business days).

Please note that shipping to any PO. Box may take longer time.

What if my products arrive damaged?

How do I return something?

If you wish to return your product, please contact our Customer Service Representative Customer Service Representative at customerservice@thann.us. We will send you any information you needed. Please noted that you are subject to any return shipping fee. Please see our Return Policy page for more details.

What is your return policy?
You can return the product within 30 days of purchase. Only products purchased from www.thann.us are eligible for return through our site.

Can I return or exchange products purchased from a retailer on thann.us?

Unfortunately, any products purchased outside www.thann.us cannot be return or exchange through us. Please contact your retailer for their return policy.

Why does Aromatic Wood products I used at Marriott have different formula?

Marriott THANN amenity products are exclusively formulated and only available for amenity use. 

Where are THANN products formulated?

Most of THANN products are formulated in Thailand.

Yes, all of our products are paraben free.
