REFUSED PACKAGES
If you refuse your package or the package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the original shipping and return charges and any fees that are incurred.
The fee will be charged to your original form of payment during checkout or will be deducted from any refund amount or store credit.
NON-DELIVERY PACKAGES
If the package is undeliverable and returned to www.thann.us, the shipping and return total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded. If the cost of return exceeds the total amount of merchandise including shipping costs, you will not be refunded.
RESHIPPING PACKAGES
If the package is returned to www.thann.us due to refusal or undeliverable, we are happy to re-ship your package. Customer is responsible for reshipment charge. of a standard ground shipping rate as stated on the above shipping rate chart.
TRACKING NUMBER
Tracking number will be provided on your shipping confirmation email.
THANN BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAY CLOSURES
All orders are shipping from our facility Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Order placed by 12 PM (PT) will be processed on the same business day, otherwise will be processed on the next business day.
THANN office and shipping department will be closed on the days listed below and orders summited on these days will not be processed until the next open business day. Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days, however, during holidays or peak periods you may experience longer than average processing time.
